At Dessine-moi Un Soulier, we handmake bespoke shoes and leather goods, specifically for you.

This means that we cannot simply "exchange" products that don't fit—we must remake them entirely.

Because your satisfaction is our top priority, we offer you the possibility, despite the fact that your shoes are custom-made, to return them for a remake or refund (note that specific conditions apply for refunds). Please note that customized wedding sneakers with personal inscriptions will not be eligible for returns.

To proceed:

Respect a maximum return period of 1 month for customizations and 15 days for outlet models.

Contact us by email at contact@dmus.fr to explain the issue and send us photos of the soles to confirm the shoes haven't been worn. We will give you our adress to return the products.

Make sure the shoes are not worn: we recommend trying them on a carpet to avoid any issues!

Remaking the shoes

You received your pair and... it's too small/too big, you're no longer sure about the color, or you should have added a bow... In short, you're not 100% satisfied.

Once we receive your return (see conditions above – return addresses are only provided via email), we will proceed with the remaking of the model.

Be sure to attach photos to your email, as sometimes we can resolve issues—such as width adjustments—without needing to remake the shoes.

Want to change the model entirely ? 

That's absolutely possible!

We can remake any model from our range, as long as it holds the same commercial value as the originally ordered product. If the price of the remade model is higher, we will ask for the difference; if it's lower, the price difference will not be refunded.

Now, all you need to do is wait a little while for your new beauties...

Once again, you've received your product... and it doesn't fit, and you don't have time to wait for a new remake.

What happens next?

No problem, we’ll give you a refund! 

Of course, we would prefer to communicate with you and remake the product, so that one day you can proudly wear your Dessine-moi un soulier shoes, but we’ll adapt! :)

Here are the cases where we don’t offer refunds (but only remakes):

  • All pairs purchased on our e-shop via a third party (store or online shop).
  • All pairs purchased with a gift coupon or a special promotional offer.
  • Additional services and home delivery: extra custom services, express delivery, protective sole addition, personalized stamps, or modifications quoted separately.

Quality service

You've received your product, and some details are bothering you: you feel the quality isn't exactly what you expected.

Don't worry! Even though we work hard to maintain the highest quality throughout the production process, small mistakes can happen.

Remember, each pair is handcrafted individually, making it much more challenging to control than a large-scale production of identical models.

In this case, please send us an email at contact@dmus.fr with photos, explaining the details that concern you. 

We will take care of your return and pamper your shoes as quickly as possible! :)

What’s going to happen next with your first creation?

If you’ve explored the page about our craftsmanship and values, you’ve learned that waste is not our thing.

There’s no way we’re throwing the model away, or worse, damaging it before disposal like some luxury brands do!

Not at all. Your previous product will be given a second life: it will be available for customers in our boutique for try-ons and sold as reconditioned on our outlet page.
